A 31 years old woman was pregnant at 37th gestational week and evaluated for her findings of headache, nausea, vomiting, seizure, tendency to sleep and hypertension. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was found to be consistent with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome as well as venous sinus thrombosis. In conclusion, since their treatment are distinct, possibility of presence of both clinical diagnoses should be kept in mind in the case of headache and/or focal deficits and seizure occurring during the post-partum period.
