In endonasal rhinoplasty, the surgeon canmodify the tip anatomy while still preserving the key structural support mechanisms. Herein, we describe a new modification of retrograde technique for the resection of the cephalic margin of the lateral crus in endonasal rhinoplasty in which a combined resection of the cephalic margin of the lateral crus and its underlying mucoperichondrium are performed.
