These improvements in health infrastructure have created the concept of quality of life. Measure of quality of life research in children is increasing day by day; however, frequently it has been limited some disease's groups. One of the major problems of childhood is urinary incontinence, which often has been ignored, have been criticized as a situ ation expected to improve with age. However, even if a limited number of studies on this issue, particularly in children, show that a reduction in quality of life, especially on self esteem, mental health, and including the areas of independence. As an objective measurement of quality of life in children with urinary incontinence in the family and the child's motivation and compliance will increase and is thought to positively affect the success of treatment.
