This disease manifests itself with signs, and symptoms of neurological disease such as uveitis, blindness or end-stage pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, dysrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, hypercalcemia and renal insufficiency. However, systemic hypertension secondary to hypercalcemia is very rare. We present a 29-year old male patient admitted to the emergency service with complaints of headache and nausea.
