Although definitive consensus has not been reached regarding treatment approaches, it has usually been reported that symptom-free small fistulas have a benign course and may be followed clinically and they should be closed in patients with symptomatic fistulas or related complications. Here, we presented a case of asymptomatic fistula between proxymal left descendant coronary artery and main pulmonary artery, that has been spotted by transthoracic echocardioghraphy.
