Then, the problem has been solved within the framework of QRPA. Gamow-Teller matrix elements for both beta(-) and beta(+) transitions and two neutrino double beta decay nuclear matrix elements have been calculated for Te-128,Te-130 -> Xe-128,Xe-130 transitions.
