Due to the fact that the data sets used in the web sites are mostly complicated and the complex situation is controlled manually, technical problems such as time-out and not working of links frequently repeat after the websites are actively published. Inadequacy of manual operations and situations where technical failures are not eliminated have negative effects on search engine optimization values. In order to avoid technical problems, the complex content of web sites should be controlled by algorithms for classification of large data sets and the quality of service should be improved.
