Whereas the researches in the old ages were in a mediator position unsystematically just to survive and struggle against difficulties in the nature, in today's world researches have gained a scientific qualification. They are obtained through systematic ways and have continued to exist from the Ancient times to today to enable to lead a more comfortable life. The necessity and importance of scientific researches is an unquestionable fact. However, the process of reaching the data provided in scientific researches and their being reported procss cause us to face the concept of 'ethic'. in scientific researches, ethic is elaborate significantly in terms of its bringing about some standards (such as right-wrong, applicable, unapplicable) which are supposed to be conformed throughout all the stages of researches. In this study what has been referred within the frame of 'ethic in scientific research' is 'ethic', and 'research ethic' concepts, 'research ethic models', development process of research ethic, what the scientific misconduct are, their reasons and how they can be prevented, what can be done against them, electronic reserach ethic standards, using subjet in research and finally case studies about scientific misconduct in research.TurkishArticle
