Detailed descriptions and photographs of the copulatory organs of both sexes are given. Here we briefly summarize the information on this species with newly collected samples. A morphological diagnosis and comparative illustrations are provided for N. furtiva (O. (Araneae: Agelenidae) is described and illustrated, based on male and female specimens collected from Adana Province, Türkiye. The new species has an L-shaped male palpal femur bearing multiple apophyses, which is a rare trait in spiders. Pickard-Cambridge, 1871) is recorded for the first time in Türkiye. Species were collected using pitfall traps in a red pine forest near Spil Mountain. With this record, the number species belonging to Walckenaeria in Türkiye has increased to 12. Walckenaeria stylifrons (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1875) was also collected in the study area. All rights reserved.Item A new genus of Textricini Lehtinen, 1967 (Araneae, Agelenidae) from Anatolia(Pensoft Publishers, 2023) Kaya R.S.; Zamani A.; Yağmur E.A.; Marusik Y.M.Türkiye is known to have the highest diversity of the spider family Agelenidae in the Western Palaearctic and the highest diversity of the subfamily Ageleninae globally. The new agelenid genus Anatextrix gen. nov. (Ageleninae, Textricini) and its type species, A. spectabilis sp. nov. (♂♀; Mersin and Adana provinces, southern Türkiye), are described.
