Item Some results of the nilpotence in the mod P steenrod algebra(Academic Publishing House, 2014) Ege O.; Karaca I.In this paper, we deal with a collection of left and right ideals of Ap which is the mod p Steenrod algebra. We also prove that for all odd prime numbers p, the nilpotence heights of P2p and P2p+1 are p and p — 1, respectively. © 2014 Academic Publishing House. Antioxidant activities of samples collected from different villages of the region were determined and compared to antioxidants BHT and BHA which are widely used in food industry as artificial antioxidants. Also IC50 values of the samples were determined in order to determine their antioxidant activities. Total phenolic contents of tarhana samples were between the values of 513.67 and 1777.45 μg GAE/g. © 2016, Academic Publishing House. Twenty-two powder and 19 chips tarhana samples were used for this research. Tarhana chips samples were analyzed for the first time in this project. As results of the study, average putrescine, cadaverine, histamine and tyramine contents of tarhana powder samples were 0.27 ppm, 0.22 ppm, 0.37 ppm and 0.96 ppm, respectively, whereas these values were 0.21 ppm, 0.49 ppm, 0.36 ppm and 0.33 ppm for tarhana chips samples. © 2018, Academic Publishing House. Also, we introduce double level Fourier series of fuzzy valued functions and investigate corresponding approximation through the use of Cesàro and Abel methods of summation of infinite series. © 2021 International Journal of Radiation Research. Therefore they serve in a wide area of utilization in this day and age. Analysis of a half full with water elevated storage tank is performed in the scope of this study. The structure is composed of a steel circular storage tank and frame typed steel stager. The structure is under the effect of earthquake loads as well as operational ones. Numerical model is generated by Finite Elements Analysis (FEA) software including fluid and structure parts. The interaction of the parts is provided by Coupled Eulerian Lagrangian (CEL) technique. While the structure constitutes the Lagrangian part, the fluid constitutes the Eulerian part. Interaction of Eulerian and Lagrangian parts are provided by general contact algorithms. Free surface movement of the water, maximum displacements and natural frequency values with related mode shapes of the structure are obtained after numerical analysis. Numerical results are verified by semi-analytical model, where the structure is modelled as single degree of freedom system. The accordance between results is numerically and visually obtained. The turbulent movement of water under the influence of an earthquake is modelled by utilizing the CEL technique. So, the effect of the dynamic pressure induced by the turbulence on the tank and the structural system has been taken into consideration. © 2024 Academic Publishing House. All rights reserved.
