Item Sudden hoarseness due to unilateral cord vocal paralysis in a patient with Behçet's disease(2003) Pirildar T.; Çelik O.Behçet's disease is a systemic necrotising vasculitis affecting arteries and veins of all sizes in any location [1]. Here we report a patient with Behçet's disease who presented with sudden hoarseness due to unilateral vocal cord paralysis from recurrent laryngeal nerve damage.
