dc.description.abstractCircular motions in CNC machining centres are achieved by circular interpolation motions. The errors in these movements are called circularity errors. In this study circularity error measurement system is introduced. Having described the circularity error the algorithms in which this error is evaluated are introduced. Furthermore, the measurement devices in this system are discussed by a detailed literature survey.
