dc.description.abstract | Ceruminous adenoma is an extremely rare condition that arises in the external auditory canal. The right ear canal in a 32-year-old man was obstructed by a ceruminous adenoma mimicking otitis externa and its symptoms. The lesion was resected under microscopic view using a transcanal approach. There were no tumor-related symptoms postoperatively and he has been disease free for 1 year after surgery. | |
