dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Foreign bodies in the bladder might cause lower urinary tract symptoms which is usually easy to diagnose. However, we might sometimes meet unexpected findings. We present endoscopical removal of a bladder sponge from a patient who underwent bilateral inguinal hernia repair 7 years ago.
