Women divided into two groups as vaginal and cesarean delivery are similar in terms of their descriptive features. The episiotomy rate in the vaginal delivery group is 51.4%. The total mean score of the Female Sexual Functional Scale was found to be 25.11 ± 5.47 in the vaginal delivery group and 25.36 ± 5.47 in the cesarean section group, and there was no statistically significant difference between them. In both groups, female sexual function scale total score average and sexual desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm and satisfaction subscale mean scores were above the cut-off point, but the pain sub-dimension mean score average was below the cut-off point. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, women who delivered vaginal or cesarean section in the long term after birth were found to be similar in terms of sexual function and sexual dysfunction was not found in general.
