Treatment of bifurcation lesions changes according to lesion characteristics and the patient’s clinical diagnosis, including acute or chronic coronary syndrome. We presented an innovative treatment for a bifurcation lesion in a patient with ACS. © Copyright 2023 by the Cardiovascular Academy Society / International Journal of the Cardiovascular Academy published by Galenos Publishing House.
