dc.description.abstractPrenatal cardiac masses are rare and mostly benign. However, they can cause life-threatening complications such as pericardial effusion, hydrops fetalis, arrhythmia, heart failure and sudden death. We present a case detected hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and pericardial effusion at 26 weeks of gestation and which was found cardiac mass in postnatal period. Copyright © 2018 by Türkiye Klinikleri.
