dc.description.abstractWe describe a case of remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema (RS3PE syndrome) in a 66-year-old man. This report discusses magnetic resonance imaging findings of RS3PE syndrome and the changes after steroid therapy. © Clinical Rheumatology 2005.
