This report describes the anesthetic management that was performed in 48 years old patient with extremely severe thoracolumbar kyphoscoliosis and mallampati class IV. After examining the risk factors, spinal block by injecting single dose 12, 5 mg bupivacaine solution to the intratechal space was chosen to provide anaesthesia.
