dc.description.abstractPublic interest to traditional treatment is an important public health problem in our country. Herbal medicinal products became popular recently. For this reason the herbalists became a current issue. The right of curing patients belong to the doctors in our country. But the herbalists want to behave as a doctor sometimes. People have sympathy for the herbalists and accept them as a last remedy for the curing. Therefore some problems appear as ethics and legal. Legal precautions must be taken immediately. The relationships between the patient and doctor must be developed and managed giving priority to the humanity factor. Improving the educational, cultural and socio economical level of people is the key.
