A new species of genus Molothrognathus Summers & Schlinger and a newly discovered male of Neognathus ozkani Akyol & Koc (Acariformes: Caligonellidae) from Turkiye

dc.description.abstractA new species viz. Molothrognathus manisaensis sp. nov., collected from litter and soil under Verbascum sp. (Scrophulariaceae), Inula viscosa (Asteraceae), Quercus coccifera and Q. infectoria (Fagaceae), and the unknown male of Neognathus ozkani Akyol & Koc, 2012, collected from litter and soil under Olea europaea (Oleaceae) in Manisa province, Turkiye, are described and illustrated. A key to the species of Molothrognathus from Turkiye is updated.
