dc.description.abstractIn this study, the brown alga Pseudolithoderma adriaticum (Hauck) Verlaque (Phaeophyceae, Lithodermataceae) is reported for the first time from Turkey. This species, with a distribution primarily in the Mediterranean Sea, was collected growing epilithically in the midlittoral zone (-0.5 m) in March 2007 from Ayvalik (Aegean Sea, Turkey). © by PSP.
