Limb-body wall complex is a rare fetal malformation with the essential features of body wall disruption, limb abnormalities and craniofacial defects. The etiology is hypothesized to be related to early amnion rupture, vascular disruption, or an error in embryological development. Additional findings including severe scoliosis, short and straight umbilical cord and abnormalities of internal organs have been reported. Here we present two cases of limb-body wall complex which were prenatally diagnosed by ultrasound. We discussed the etiology and the findings.
