The female of Rafalskia azizsancari Kurt, Yagmur & Tezcan, 2019, previously known only from the male in Turkey, is now described based on new material from Odemis District, Izmir Province, Turkey. Detailed morphological descriptions, photographs and illustration of the female ovipositor are provided.
