dc.description.abstractA case of pseudo-pseudohypoparathyroidism (PPH) with shortening of the left femur and tibia and coalition of the base of the fourth metacarpals with capitatum and hamatum in bilateral wrist joints was presented. Involvement of the fourth digits both in hands and feet were more prominent on the left side, with shortening of the left leg.
