Abstract
An adequate and effective provision of health care services is an essential factor contributing to the improvement of social welfare and human development. Health care systems have an important role for providing health care services at a desired level. In this study, comparative analysis of health care systems has been carried out in terms of health care indicators. According to the findings of the study, improvements in efficiency indicators have been carried out in all countries; and income differences have been found out to be the most decisive factor in the analysis. In addition, fiscal problems that may be faced by all health care systems are also discussed in the study.
