dc.description.abstractBehçet's disease is a systemic necrotising vasculitis affecting arteries and veins of all sizes in any location [1]. Here we report a patient with Behçet's disease who presented with sudden hoarseness due to unilateral vocal cord paralysis from recurrent laryngeal nerve damage.
