A successful rhinoplasty mainly depends on maintaining adequate nasal tip projection and achieving the desired tip refinement. In endonasal rhinoplasty, the surgeon canmodify the tip anatomy while still preserving the key structural support mechanisms. Herein, we describe a new modification of retrograde technique for the resection of the cephalic margin of the lateral crus in endonasal rhinoplasty in which a combined resection of the cephalic margin of the lateral crus and its underlying mucoperichondrium are performed.
