dc.subjectIn a 55-year-old woman patient with a body mass index of 27 kg/m(2), a giant staghorn kidney stone (10 x 6.4 x 8 cm) was detected in the right kidney on computed tomography, then the patient was treated with a single-session percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and there were no complications afterwards.
