Abstract

In this paper, we proved common fixed point theorems endowed with an orthogonal relation for two perpendicular to-commuting mappings. As some corollaries of our theorems, we obtain the generalizations of the Banach's, Kannan's, Reich's, Chatterjea's fixed point theorems and others for the orthogonal sets. Finally, we give an application of our main results to establish the existence and uniqueness of a common solution of system of Urysohn integral equations.
