This study aims to determine learning outcomes through life experiences from the perspective of outdoor education leaders. It is designed in a phenomenology pattern. The study group consists of 91 outdoor sports leaders. The results show that participants' experiences reveal four themes as perceptions related to outdoor education, acquisitions from outdoor education, learning outcomes of outdoor education and qualifications of outdoor education leaders. The most important outcomes are environmental awareness, internal relationships and experiential learning. It is concluded that the outdoor activities have a positive role in experiential learning, self-awareness, and socialization experiences of the participants.
