Abstract
Tuberculosis is still one of the main causes of death today. Although the cases of tuberculous meningoencephalitis have decreased significantly with high vaccination rates, it is necessary to draw attention to the fact that this clinical picture can still be seen due to social problems such as migration. It is desirable to emphasize the importance of rapid diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous meningitis. It is important to keep in mind the vaccine-preventable diseases and their complications, especially in low-income and non-health-assured groups such as refugees.
